This afternoon you'll visit the Aztec Theater, one of the most elaborate movie palaces in the country when built in the early 1920's, and now on the National Register of Historic Places. Enter the Grand Lobby and view the massive 2-story iron chandelier and ornate detailing. Then, enjoy a guided tour before experiencing a movie presentation in the impressive auditorium on a screen over five stories high! This evening, perhaps you will partake in an optional dinner in one of San Antonio's local restaurants and see the IMAX presentation of "Alamo...The Price of Freedom."Today breakfast is included. |

You will visit the Kennedy Memorial, the West End, John Bryant Cabin and Thanksgiving Square. This afternoon visit the Cross Timbers Winery, which is located in the historic Dorris/Brock family farm house. This home has been recognized as one of the oldest structures in Grapevine. Learn how they make their unique wines, followed by a wine tasting. |
